to my homepage.
I am currently a professor / researcher at the
Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana - Iztapalapa (UAM-I)
in
Mexico
City.
I received a PhD
in Software Engineering
at the LSR
Laboratory, in 2004.
My current interests include :
- Software architecture in general, and building MDA tools to support architecture development,
- Component-based software development and service orientation,
- Establishing
software development processes for small organizations and exploring
how to model and automate the execution of these processes.
I am currently working on establishing a collaboration between a typical
Mexican IT small / medium business and the university to better
understand the problems faced by this type of organization in Mexico,
to transfer technology (in particular Software Engineering knowledge),
and to obtain funds.
